plugs and relay: Install new glow plug relay

Check belts, hoses, water pump and radiator.
XX Transmission: Fluid and
filter changed 129,846 miles.
XX Check power steering and front end.
XX Check drive shaft, universal joints, and rear axle: New
Aluminum drive shaft, universal joints, and seals as
Per Ford recall.
XX Check springs and shocks. 2 New shocks front.
XX Check tires. 2 New front tires.
XX Check brakes: 2 New calipers, 2 new rotors, and new brake
Pads front. New brake shoes rear and turn drums. Grease
Front wheel bearing and new seals.
XX Check charging system and auto throttle:
Install 2 new
Batteries. Install battery charger/conditioner.
Run
Voltage check.
XX Check exhaust system.
XX Check DOT lights, wipers and horn. Install 2 new horns.
Replace 2 DOT bulbs.
XX Check ambulance electrical: Install 2 new magnetic door

Switches. New clock in patient compartment.
2 New ceiling
Bulbs.
XX Check 110V shoreline system: Install 2 new 20 amp inlets with
Covers. (1 Interior heater/1- shoreline). Wire battery
Charger/conditioner to shoreline.
XX Check heat & air: 1# 134 Freon, sealer,
conditioner.
XX Check Ambulance emergency systems: Repair siren PA. Repair
Passenger side grille light. 1- H35TL12 halogen bulb.
XX Re-conditioning Interior:
2 New pneumatic hold opens. Recover
Vinyl pad.
Clean interior. Remove stickers in module.
Recover
arm rest pad. New cab door moldings.
XX Re-conditioning exterior: Remove lettering
and stickers. Paint
Where needed. Change green
stripe to maroon. 1- New bumper
End. 1- New rear
wheel trims. Replace front wheel cover.
Clean
interior compartments. Paint door jams. Clean
Bright aluminum.
